

Brief: To design and develop an internal brand to promote diversity and quality within Paragon. The aim of the campaign was to encourage employees to take part in a survey that would build a database on Paragon's employees and enable them to make the workplace more accessible and a better place to work. The campaign involved creating a visual identity, posters to distribute around the office, roller banners placed at different locations, and an internal video that featured participants to encourage others to take part.
